Bishop Emmanuel of Christoupolis visits the Theological School of Halki
His Grace Bishop Emmanuel of Christoupolis, Assistant Bishop to the Holy Metropolis of Germany, and hierarchical Vicar of the Greek Orthodox parish in Berlin, accompanied by Archimandrite Panteleimon Dimitropoulos, priest of the Orthodox parish of Gifhorn, and pilgrims from these two regions visited the Theological School of Halki on Tuesday, 2 April 2024.
The Bishop of Christoupolis and the pilgrims from Germany were received in the main synodical hall of the school by the Abbot of the Monastery of the Holy Trinity, His Grace Bishop Kassianos of Aravissos, who greeted them by recalling the history and the long contribution of Halki Theological School.
The visitors then venerated the Chapel of the Holy Trinity and were guided through the classrooms and the grand library of the school.
