Launching the Meetings of the Holy Antiochian Orthodox Synod in Balamand

The meetings for the regular session of the Holy Antiochian Orthodox Synod were launched on Thursday, October 3, 2019, in Balamand Monastery presided by His Beatitude John X, Patriarch of Antioch and all the East, and attended by their Eminences the Metropolitans and Bishops from all the bishoprics in the homeland and overseas.
In addition to the regular agenda, they shall examine the issue of family and the related crises, exploring ways to face them.
The sessions will continue until October 10, 2019.
