Con’f on bioethics organized next month by Greek Orthodox diocese of Dortmund

The Greek Orthodox diocese of Dortmund, part of the Metropolis of Germany, in cooperation with the National Kapodistrian University of Athens’ applied philosophy workshop and with the support of the Society of Greek Scientists of Northern Rhineland/Westphalia, is organizing an international conference on the issue of bioethics.

Well-known academics and experts in the field from North America, Israel, Greece and Germany are set to participate and speak.

One of the keynote speakers will be the Metropolitan of Dimitriados, His Eminence Ignatios.

The conference will take place on Nov. 9 and 10, and comes after the presence of the Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew at the head of the annual “March of the Living” at Auschwitz-Birkenau last May.
