The Sacrament of the Holy Unction for the Feast of the Nativity at the Jerusalem Patriarchate

On Wednesday afternoon, December 19/2019, January 1/2020, after Vespers at the Monastic Church of Saints Constantine and Helen of the Hagiotaphite Brotherhood, the Service of the Holy Unction followed, as a preparation for the forthcoming Christmas Feast. The Service was officiated by H.H.B. our Father and Patriarch of Jerusalem Theophilos, with six Archbishops as co-celebrants, to complete the number of seven. At the end of the Service, they anointed each other, the Hagiotaphite Fathers and the large number of the faithful present.
