On January 24, 2020, His Eminence Metropolitan Makarios of Nairobi paid a courtesy call to His Excellency the Deputy President Dr William Samoe Ruto. The leaders have been great friends for so many years. His Eminence visited the Deputy President to wish him Happy New Year and to present the Deputy a great blessing.
