Orthodox Church in Montenegro to take legal recourse in int’l fora over state persecution

The Metropolitanate of Montenegro and the Littoral this week underlined that the Orthodox Church in the small Adriatic country will seek recourse to international fora in order to protect the faith and human rights of its followers.

A legal adviser for the Church also charged that the current Montenegro government is exploiting the ongoing coronavirus pandemic to intensify its persecution of the Church in Montenegro.
