Telos Parish Outreach Program Grant Applications Now Open
The Telos Parish Outreach Program (Telos POP) invites young adults to begin a 40 day project in their parish where they will receive a grant from the Telos Project to carry out their idea, all while receiving guidance and support from the Telos young adult community along the way.
Rolling sign-ups are accepted now and onward. Telos POP encourages individuals to sign up ASAP! Idea do not need to be fully fleshed out, a pitch is full acceptable. Grants are up to $400 dollars. The Telos POP team includes professionals from all walks of life who are very excited to support the ideas of other young adults in the church.
Projects can be truly anything– the only requirement is that a young adult is in the driver’s seat. Past projects can be found here: https://www.telospop.org/meet-the-team.
For those unfamiliar with Telos POP – “We are a team of Orthodox young adult volunteers from across the country who have come together to help Orthodox young adults learn about creative and practical ideas to bring to their parishes in order to stay vibrant and mission-oriented while enduring the challenges COVID-19 presents.” We believe that When we trust and empower young adults, we can get things done and make our parishes better.”
