Covid-19-related restrictions in Greece extended to Dec. 14

The Greek government on Monday, as expected, announced an extension of restrictions and measures to prevent exposure to the Covid-19 pandemic until Monday, December 14.
In terms of Church-going and services, the restrictions will continue to prevent the presence of worshippers in all places of worship throughout the east Mediterranean and overwhelmingly Orthodox nation.

Clerics and chanters will continue to celebrate Church services without required masks.

For funerals and other graveside services, the presence of only the attending cleric, pallbearers and up to nine mourners will be allowed.
