Ordination to the Holy Diaconate by His Grace Bishop Seraphim of Apollonias on Sunday 17 February 2019

With the Blessings of His Eminence Archbishop Stylianos Primate of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of Australia, on Sunday 17 February 2019 at the Greek Orthodox Cathedral of “The Annunciation of Our Lady” at Redfern, His Grace Bishop Seraphim of Apollonias, serviced the Divine Liturgy and Ordained to the Holy Diaconate, graduate and faculty member of Saint Andrews Greek Orthodox Theological College Mr Anthony Papantoniou. During the Ordination service the new Deacon received the name Amphilochios after Saint Amphilochios (Makris) of Patmos who is commemorated on the 16th of April.
