Patriarch of Serbia Porfirije: ‘Saints of God intermediaries in our relationship with the All-Mighty’

The Patriarch of Serbia, His Holiness Porfirije, this week officiated at a Festal Divine Liturgy on the occasion of the feast day celebration of Great Martyr Demetrius, as based on the Julian calendar, at a dedicated cathedral in new Belgrade.
In a brief sermon, His Holiness told the assembled faithful that “… the saints of God are intermediaries in our relationship with the All mighty…”.
