A precious donation, Magnetic Resonance Imaging becomes operational

The project: Procurement and installation of a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI system 1.5T SIEMENS) was successfully completed after 6 months (February – September 2023).
The procurement of this modern equipment was made possible by the request of His Beatitude, Archbishop of Tirana, Durrës, and all Albania, Prof. Dr. Anastasios to the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF) to meet the needs of the Diagnostic Center. The SNF contributed to the arrangement of the space, it supply and the installation.
Interest by the public to make use of the examinations offered by the new equipment has been high.
