December 18, 2023, His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros of America attended The Cathedral School’s Christmas Concert at the Greek Orthodox Archdiocesan Cathedral of the Holy Trinity. Led by Maestro Theodore Alvanos, The Cathedral School Music Director, the children of The Cathedral School cheerfully performed Christmas carols for their loved ones in attendance. “The sights and sounds of the Christmas Season are very special for all of us, and this evening’s concert has certainly been moving – and, indeed, exhilarating – for us all” said Archbishop Elpidophoros. Also in attendance, was Dean of the Cathedral V. Rev. Archimandrite Chrysostomos Gilbert, Consul General of Greece in New York Konstantinos Konstantinou, The Cathedral School Principal Meropi Kyriacou, and other members of the community.
