Archbishop Elpidophoros Welcomes Chairman of the 2024 New York City Greek Independence Day Parade Philip Christopher to the Archdiocese

His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros of America welcomed to Archdiocesan Headquarters Philip Christopher, who will serve as the Chairman for the 2024 NYC Greek Independence Day Parade. Chairman Christopher briefed His Eminence on initial preparations for the parade and the composition of the Parade Committee with representatives from across the Omogenia. The 2024 Greek Independence Parade Weekend will consist of the Flag Raising at Bowling Green on Friday, April 12, the Gala on April 13 and the Parade on Fifth Avenue in New York City on April 14.
