The Archbishop of Athens and All Greece, His Beatitude Ieronymos, officiated at a con-celebratory Vespers service on Monday afternoon beneath the Acropolis in central Athens, and specifically at the spot where the Apostle Paul delivered the well-known Areopagus sermon to the Athenians.
The con-celebratory service was in commemoration of today’s Synaxis of the 12 Holy Apostles.
