The Archbishop of Thyateira and Great Britain, His Eminence Nikitas, this week officiated at a blessing ceremony at the Greek Orthodox parish of St. John the Baptist, in north London, on the occasion of the annual Oct. 28th Greek national holiday.
His Eminence spoke to the pupils participating at commemoration events regarding the value of Orthodoxy and the meaning of the Greek national holiday.
