The web-page Ascetic Experience has posted a prolific photographic feature on liturgical life of the semi-autonomous monastic community of Mount Athos, in northern Greece.
The original photographic material is the intellectual property of the St. Maximus the Greek Institute, and will soon be made available to international news agencies in a bid to better inform the world’s public regarding the Holy Mountain, Orthodoxy’s foremost monastic community.
