Divine Liturgy at the Mariamiyah Cathedral on the Occasion of the Greek National Day.

With the blessings of His Beatitude Patriarch John X, the Divine Liturgy was held at the Mariamiyah Patriarchal Cathedral in Damascus on the occasion of the Greek National Day. His Grace Bishop Romanos Al-Hannat, the Patriarchal Vicar and Secretary of the Holy Synod, presided over the Divine Liturgy in the presence of His Grace, Bishop Moussa al-Khoury, and His Grace, Bishop Arsenios Dahdal.
The Divine Liturgy was attended by the Chargé d’Affaires of the Greek Embassy in Damascus, Mr. Nikolaos Protonotarios, embassy staff, and members of the Greek community.
At the end of the liturgy, the Patriarchal Vicar congratulated the Greek Amabssador and the attendees on behalf of His Beatitude. His Grace also conveyed the blessings and fatherly prayers of His Beatitude Patriarch John X, extending his congratulations to the Greek Embassy and those present and wishing Greece continued prosperity and blessings.
