Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew to visit Peristeri, Attica, on 16 April
His All-Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew will visit the municipality of Peristeri, Attica, on the 16 April 2024.
The reception of the Patriarch will take place at the Exhibition Centre of Peristeri (at 17:30), where an event will take place as part of the celebrations for the Jubilee (50th anniversary) of the Holy Metropolis of Peristeri, as well as the 90th anniversary of the establishment of the Municipality of Peristeri.
It is recalled that on the occasion of these celebrations, His Eminence Metropolitan Grigorios of Peristeri, went to the headquarters of the Ecumenical Patriarchate in Constantinople on Sunday, 25 February 2024, along with the Mayor Mr. Andreas Pachatouridis and invited the Ecumenical Patriarch to brighten the celebrations for these two anniversaries with His holy presence.
