Foundation-laying for new Orthodox church in Tanzania

A blessing ceremony for the foundation-laying of a Orthodox Church, dedicated to the Dormition of the Theotokos, was held on Wednesday in Tanzania, officiated by the Bishop of Arusha and Central Tanzania, His Grace Agathonikos.
