Greek language learning in Georgia

A seminar for college students learning foreign languages in Georgia, including Greek, was held in Tbilisi’s theological academy last week.

The goal of the seminar was to cultivate an experiential relationship with the foreign language they are studying.

On her part, Greek language teacher Yuli Sosiashvili noted that classical languages, such as Greek and Latin, have for centuries, and even today, comprise a primary element of European education.
