Head of ‘Greece 2021’ received by Archbishop Elpidophoros

The head of the “Greece 2021” organization, Gianna Angelopoulos, arrived on the East Coast this week for meetings and contacts with representatives of Greek-American communities and the Diaspora.

The organization aims to prepare events and commemorations in 2021, on the occasion of the 200th anniversary of the beginning of the Greek War of Independence.
