The Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia, His Holiness Kirill, has bestowed the Russian Church’s highest distinction to Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, during a reception held at the Patriarchal hall in Moscow.
His Holiness praised the minister’s contribution to consolidating peace and justice in international relations, as well as facilitating cooperation between the Church and state in the Russian federation.
