How to preach to others

You ask, will the others be saved… Why do you worry about them? They have a Savior Who desires the salvation of every human being. He will take care of them. You and I should not be burdened with such a concern. Study yourself and your own sins and not so much how to preach to others.

Then you will become enlightened with the unearthly and sublime light of God’s grace which you can give to others and transform them.

If we want to preach, we must preach from our hearts not from our heads. Only what is said from the heart can reach another heart. However for this it needs experience and a lot of pain and tears.

In fact our task is not one of producing persuasive propaganda; Christianity shows its greatness when it is hated by the world.

See, when people are empty of Christ, a thousand and one other things come and fill them up: jealousies, hatreds, boredom, melancholy, resentment, a worldly outlook and worldly pleasures. Try to fill your soul with Christ so that it is not empty.
