On Tuesday, 16 July 2024, His Grace Bishop Kyriakos of Sozopolis, Archiepiscopal Vicar of Melbourne, visited Oakleigh Grammar School in the suburb of Oakleigh in Melbourne, where he met with students, parents and teachers on the occasion of the start of the Third Term of the school year, and was accompanied by the School Chaplain and Parish Priest of the Church of Saints Anargiri, Oakleigh Fr. Stavros Kakavas and the School Principal Mr. Mark Robertson.
The students welcomed Bishop Kyriakos of Sozopolis with smiles, while he wished them well for the new school term and distributed icons to all the students as a blessing. It provided a very good opportunity for His Grace to communicate with the young students and their families.
