The memory of St. Kosmas the Aetolian was again commemorated this year at the historic monastery dedicated to the saint, near the village of Kolikontasi in central Albania. Scores of Orthodox pilgrims from around Albania again traveled to the St. Kosmas Monastery to honor to the saint, who was martyred at the hands of the Ottomans in the 18th century.
