An Archieratic con-celebration was held at the Holy Trinity Orthodox Cathedral in New York City on Sunday, officiated by the Metropolitan of Kyiv and All Ukraine, His Beatitude Epiphanius, and co-officiated by the Archbishop of America, His Eminence Elpidophoros and other Metropolitans of the Archdiocese of America.
His Beatitude Epiphanius read from the Church’s diptychs, also commemorating the Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia, His Holiness Kirill.
On Saturday evening, His Beatitude Epiphanius was honored with the 2019 Athenagoras Human Rights Award, bestowed by the Archons of the Ecumenical Throne.
