The Russian Church’s Metropolitan of Volokolamsk, His Eminence Hilarion, this week received Greece’s ambassador to Russia, Ekaterini Nasika, a year after the latter presented her credentials to the country’s head of state.
Hilarion, the head of the Moscow Patriarchate’s department for external Church relations, and Greece’s top diplomat in Russia, focused on the situation created by the ongoing coronavirus pandemic and its repercussions.
