The Metropolitan of Volokolamsk, His Eminence Hilarion, received the Lithuanian ambassador to Russia this week, at the Moscow Patriarchate.
Hilarion, who is also the head of the Moscow Patriarchate’s department for external Church relations, referred to the presence and work of the Orthodox Church in the Baltic state.
