A fourth nationwide conference for religious and pilgrimage tourism was concluded on Saturday afternoon in the northwest Greek city of Arta, an initiative organized by three Metropolises in the mountainous Epirus region. More than 120 delegates representing 70 Metropolises of the Autocephalous Orthodox Church of Greece participated, with day trips on the sidelines of the conference showcasing the region’s historical, religious and natural sites.
