Orthodox Diocese of Gulu and Eastern Uganda: Ordination of Deacon Emmanuel Kamanya to Priesthood in Athens

Ordination of Deacon Emmanuel Kamanya to Priesthood on Nov 3, 2019 in Athens, at the Church of St.Athanasios & Office Centre of the Patriarchate of Alexandria and all Africa in Greece by His Eminence Metropolitan George of Guineas, with the Presence and Co-celebration of His Grace Bishop Sylvester of Gulu and Eastern Uganda. The Ordained priest is a graduate of the Theological School of Thessaloniki, and was serving as deacon at this same Church of his Ordination. Being from Uganda, and Particularly from Busoga region, he will be serving as Priest in the Diocese of Gulu and Eastern Uganda. With much joy the Father of the Newly Ordained Priest, who is also a Priest, Rev. Fr. Stefan Lunaagula, Dean of Nakabaale Deanary, was also Present. Axios!
