Since March this year, 13,604 couples have got married in Kyiv.
“In Kyiv, 354 couples got married and 67 couples divorced over the past week. A total of 13,604 couples have got married and 2,310 couples have divorced since March this year,” Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said at a briefing, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
According to him, the number of registered marriages in the capital decreased by 34.5% compared to last year. The number of divorces decreased by 19%.
As reported, 20,694 children have been born in the capital since March this year.
