Beloved Brother and Concelebrant at the Altar of God:

I cordially greet you on the occasion of your Name Day – the commemoration day of Martyr Neophytos.

Carrying out the lofty and important Patriarchal ministry, you has been tireless in your concern for the pastors and flock entrusted to your care and have zealously preached the word of God being watchful and thankful (Col. 4:2). You have done much to assert the canonical Orthodoxy, remembering that the Lord has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, and of love (2 Tim. 1:7).

Through the intercession of your heavenly patron, may the Savour preserve you in good health for many years and send His generous help for your further Primatial work.
