Patriarch of Jerusalem honored by Russia-based Unity of Orthodox Nations Foundation

The Patriarch of Jerusalem on Thursday was bestowed the Prize of Patriarch Alexy II, for 2018, by the Unity of Orthodox Nations Foundation, during a ceremony held at the Cathedral of the Savior in Moscow.
In a brief address, the Patriarch of the Russian Orthodox Church, His Holiness Kirill, noted that the Patriarchate of Jerusalem is the “…Mother of Churches, and contributes to the preservation of Orthodox Unity… His Beatitude Theophilos is a man who is distinguished by his humility and his pastoral ability.”
