The Pope and Patriarch of Alexandria and All Africa, His Most Divine Beatitude Theodoros II, on Tuesday met at the Patriarchal Vicariate in Cairo with His Eminence Archbishop Damianos of Sinai.
During the meeting, the Patriarch of Alexandria briefed the hierarch in detail over the issue that has arisen with what the Patriarchate of Alexandria describes as an “intrusion” by the Moscow Patriarchate into its ecclesiastical jurisdiction.
