Sessions of the Holy Synod of the Patriarchate of Antioch and All the East began on Thursday and will continue until Oct. 10, chaired by the Patriarch of Antioch, His Beatitude John X.
According to an announcement, beyond the items on the agenda, Holy Synod members will also deal with the the crisis faced by the institution of the family in the modern era.
