Reposed Metropolitan of Montenegro Amphilochios laid to rest in Podgorica

The funeral for the reposed Metropolitan of Montenegro and the Littoral, Amphilochios, took place on Sunday at the Cathedral of Christ’s Resurrection in the Adriatic country’s capital of Podgorica.
Thousands of people lined the streets of the Montenegro capital to pay their last respects to the reposed Metropolitan, who was one of the most beloved hierarchs in southeast Europe.

The Patriarch of Serbia, HIs Holiness Irinej, officiated at an Exodios funeral service, which was also attended by the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić.
