The Archbishop of Athens and All Greece, His Beatitude Ieronymos, met with Athens regional governor Giorgos Patoulis on Thursday, with the focus of the meeting on restoration works on more than a dozen historic Church-owned buildings in the center of Athens, of which seven have been designated as modern monuments.
The regional government is financing the restoration of three of the buildings.
