Serbia-Kosovo talks are set to resume with a virtual summit hosted by France and Germany on Friday, followed by a meeting between Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and the prime minister of the breakaway province, Avdullah Hoti, two days later in Brussels.
The summit will be hosted by EU High Representative Josep Borrell, in the presence of the special envoy for dialogue in the western Balkans, Miroslav Lajcak. It aims to re-launch a dialogue on the normalization of relations between Serbia and Kosovo.
