The Feast of Pentecost will be solemnly celebrated at the Theological School of Halki.
Specifically, on Saturday, 22 June 2024, at 6:00 pm, the Great Vespers will take place, presided over by the Abbot, His Grace Bishop Kassianos of Aravissos. The next day at 9:00 am, the Matins and Divine Liturgy will be celebrated, also presided over by Bishop Kassianos of Aravissos. After the Divine Liturgy, the Abbot will lead the Vespers of the Holy Spirit and read the Kneeling Prayers.
Feast of the Holy Trinity at the Church of the Theological School of Halki
On Monday, 24 June 2024, the Church of the Holy Trinity will celebrate its Feast Day with the Matins Service, following into a Hierarchical Divine Liturgy, and the traditional Artoklasia (blessing of the five loaves) service, all presided over by His Eminence Metropolitan Maximos of Selyvria. A reception will follow in the Great Synod Hall.
