The Greek Orthodox Metropolis of Chicago is hosting its Inaugural Servant Leadership Awards Banquet on May 1, 2020, at the Cotillion Banquets in Palatine, Illinois. The evening is dedicated to honoring laypersons from throughout the Metropolis who have demonstrated service, leadership and innovation within their parishes or in their greater communities. His Eminence Metropolitan Nathanael will bestow the Metropolis Bronze Cross and other honors on individuals who best demonstrate the servant leadership ethos.

Sponsorship funds will be used to support critical Metropolis initiatives, including enhancing religious literacy; providing continuing education and formation opportunities for our clergy; growing the Metropolis Parish Assistance Fund; and meeting the general needs of the Metropolis.
