Families camp, Holland
With the blessing of the Reverend Metropolitan Isaac Barakat, the Antiochian Orthodox Church in the Netherlands held a meeting for young families, from August 3 to 7 2020, with the title “Rise and do not be afraid” (Matthew 7:17).
Many families gathered to reflect on the topic of education and the Christian family. They followed a daily program, which included daily prayers and culminated in the Divine Liturgy for the Feast of Transfiguration. The Liturgy was held by His Eminence with the con-celebration of Reverend Fathers Abdullah Dees, Basilios Khamis, and Nicolas Esper. There were also many talks presented by His Eminence Isaac, the Reverend Fathers, and Dr. Marina Rizk, among other activities.
