The deputy chairman of the World Russian People’s Council, Konstantin Malolef, this month underlined that the preamble of the Russian Federation’s constitution should include reference to a belief in God, large families, the concept of family as a bond between a man and woman, as well as the state’s responsibility towards increasing Russia’s population.
